RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Men’s Big and Tall Online delivers quality merchandise in new and original condition. Exchanges or Credits will be made if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase, with attached tags and in the same original condition that it was delivered.
In order to return your merchandise you need to contact us at 1-888-229-9502 for RETURN INSTRUCTIONS and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
NOTE: THE RA ( Return Authorization) NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED NEXT TO THE SHIPPING LABEL. No merchandise will be accepted without this.
CHECK YOUR ORDER - When Received
We suggest that you try on the merchandise first while leaving all manufacturers tags on the item. If the items do not fit, they must be returned to Men’s Big and Tall Online within 30 Days of the purchase date in their new and original condition, free from stains, marks, pet hair, and odors of any kind (smoke, animal, household, etc) with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Men’s Big and Tall Online will not accept or issue credit for any returned merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, had the manufacturers tags removed, or is returned in the above mentioned condition unless there is a manufacturer defect or fabric flaw. Embroidered or decorated items cannot be returned or exchanged unless for manufacturers defect.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Defective merchandise is subject to review by Men’s Big and Tall Online. Items deemed defective by Men’s Big and Tall Online due to a manufacture or fabric defect will be replaced or credit will be issued. All items returned due to defect must be cleaned before returned. Men’s Big and Tall Online will not issue credit for soiled garments. Items deemed to have been subject only to normal wear and tear will not be reimbursed. Items returned to Men’s Big and Tall Online that are not in compliance with the return policy will not be shipped back to the customer and no credit will be given.
RETURN SHIPPING
Always obtain a tracking number from your shipper on any package you return. Men’s Big and Tall Online is not responsible for packages that have been returned that we do not receive. For returns call or email and in the subject line put “return”. Also tell us the reason for your return, including your name and billing address, ship to address (if different from billing address) and your order number found on your packing slip. WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. MensBigandTallOnline.com offers no other warranty either expressed or implied. MensBigandTallOnline.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items, which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt, will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.
Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of MensBigandTallOnline.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is placed on backorder, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of order and you will have the opportunity to change, cancel or wait for your item to be shipped at a later time.
SHIPPING
Shipping is within 1- 3 business days from receipt of order. Orders less than 300 lbs. are usually shipped via UPS ground or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS/FedEx Zone. (In most cases, it averages 3 - 5 business days) You will be notified by email or phone regarding Out of Stock orders within 24 to 48 hours.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and any other unforeseen circumstance. Rush Order shipment is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for Rush additional shipping costs at sales@mensbigandtallonline.com.
Men’s Big and Tall Online ships within the USA only. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will require a slight additional ship charge. Please contact us before ordering so shipping costs to those states will be calculated correctly.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping & Handling charges will apply to all orders shipped before our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@mensbigandtallonline.com to cancel an order.
TAXES
MensBigandTallOnline.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Michigan or California. If you order within the State of Michigan - a 6% sales tax will be applied.
