A. We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO & FPO addresses.

A. We do not offer a single placed order to be shipped to multiple addresses. See detail in shipping information.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship within the Continental United States. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii - see note below.
Note: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will automatically have an additional shipping charge applied.
Q What shipping method do you use?
A. All orders are shipped by ground. We use both UPS ground and FedEx ground shipping depending on the weight of the total order. To see the shipping rate table, Click here.
Q. Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
A. Yes. In most cases orders ship in 1-3 business days after receipt of order placement. If there is an immediate need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional charge for Rush Delivery will apply.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal through our secure merchant gateway. We will accept personal checks and money orders however this will delay order delivery. We will ship goods after your check clears a financial bank or establishment.
Q. Can I personalize my garment to show my name or company?
A. Yes, you can. We offer embroidery service that can personalize your garment. It is more cost effective to do in bulk quantities. For more details contact us.
Q. What will happen if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’ll replace it or refund your money. If the order was not processed accurately, the freight costs are on us. We will pay the freight to return the merchandise.
If the order was processed correctly, but your order needs have changed, you will be responsible to pay for the freight to return the merchandise and a nominal flat $5.00 restocking fee.

Q. When is my credit card account actually charged?
A. Your credit card is charged as your order is placed and successfully received. Items are then processed and shipped out.
Q. How do I know that my order has been received?
A. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation statement stating that your order has been successfully received.
Q. What if my items are backordered?
A. As we process your order, items that are not in stock will be placed on backorder. You will be notified if there is an item backorder. You will then be able to change your order, wait for the backorder or cancel your order item.
